Keeping Workers' Comp Injuries From Becoming Permanent Vacations

Webinar: ID# 1000805
About This Course:
The statistics are astounding regarding the correlation between minimal lost work time vs. an employee's full return to work or even returning to work at all.

According to The American Occupational Medical Association, there are many benefits to both employee and employer that result from implementing effective Return to Work Programs (RTWP).

For the employee, early return to work enhances psychological and physical recovery, enabling the employee to continue a productive life. For the employer, early return to work reduces costs of replacing the employee, overtime, loss of production/related costs, and improves workplace morale.

Early return to work also reduces medical costs and as such may result in lowering Worker's Compensation premiums.
