All three components address different aspects of quality mgmt. Under the TQM Quality model, quality assurance addresses the process employed to deem a standard of quality within a batch of products or systems.
Quality management improvement addresses the procedure employed to systematically analyze and develop the performance of products, processes, and systems. Finally, quality control addresses the testing protocol inherent to the quality mgmt field.
