Description:

The ADA requires that employers provide accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities to assure equal employment opportunity.
For many employers, understanding when and how they must comply can be complex, especially given the new ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA) regulations recently published. But now there's help!
This course covers everything ADA - from who is covered to providing reasonable accommodation - and gives you the tips, tools, and confidence to handle them sucessfully. And you can even earn the coveted "Certified ADA Administrator" designation.
How The Class Works
This course works just like college: students complete assigned work, then meet via conference calls over three consecutive weeks (dates and times posted below) to listen to the Instuctor, review assignments, and ask questions.
FYI, the course uses the award-winning ADA Training & Certification Program as the basis of its training material, so you get numerous Examples, "Administrative Tips", "Procedural Recommendations", and scenario-based, multiple-choice interactive quizzes that test your ability to apply the correct procedures and processes learned during training that are key to ADA administration.
Class Schedule / Agenda
You simply complete our award-winning ADA Training & Certification Program, then meet via conference calls to listen to lecture, get in-depth coverage on the assigned topics, and to get answers to any questions you may have.
