IFEBP is also affiliated with the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist program. The CEBS program offers the most well known and respected credential in the employee benefits and compensation field. The CEBS program is cosponsored by the International Foundation and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The Wharton School is responsible for the course curriculum, examination and grading standards, while the International Foundation oversees program administration. The program offers specialty designations: Group Benefits Associate (GBA), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) and the Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) and the total compensation designation, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS). |
