Prior to Eide Bailly, she worked in human resources roles for RDO Equipment Co., Concordia College, and SEI. Ms. Scearcy holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. She is a certified Predictive Index Analyst and LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter.
