Marylou Ponzi Kay, MA, SPHR is the founder and president of MPK Associates, a human resources consultancy launched after a career of over twenty five years working at such companies as American Express, Benetton, Canon, and JP Morgan.
A member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Marylou serves on the board of the Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management, and has been an adjunct Professor in Human Resources at Florida International University and New York Institute of Technology. She also was Program Director for Southeastern College, creating an HR Associates degree program.
