AE21 Online proudly presents the insurance industry's FIRST and ONLY comprehensive workers compensation claims training curriculum...now in a totally ONLINE, reinforced-learning format that provides a solid foundation of workers' compensation claims adjusting knowledge, upon which insurance, claims, and medical professionals can build their professional skills and expertise.

This program is specifically designed for adjusters, medical case managers and other insurance professionals, regardless of experience level, who seek the knowledge and skills of “best workers’ compensation claims practice”.

There simply is no other online training program in this industry segment that can give so much...to so many...for so little. If this is your area of interest, you simply can't afford NOT to take advantage of it. You will NOT be disappointed!

A Continuum for Professional Development in Workers' Compensation Claims Management
After completing in this curriculum of eight (8) individual online course modules, students will possess an increased awareness of the roles they play in helping workers who suffer occupational injury and the knowledge and skills necessary to be effective in workers' compensation claims management.

Program includes the following eight (8) individual modules:

  • Origin & Evolution of Workers' Compensation
  • The Compensability of Work Comp
  • The Benefits of Work Comp
  • The Medical Anatomy of W/C Injuries
  • The Intoxication Defense
  • Evaluating & Reserving W/C Claims
  • MSA's and Claims Management
  • The Economics of Workers' Compensation
In addition to frequent interactive inquiries (quizzes) and a Final Lesson Exam for each of the above modules, students must successfully complete a comprehensive Final Program Exam that will gauge their retention, understanding, and ability to apply principles, concepts, and legal doctrines to factual situations.

Final Program Exam
The Final Program Exam (FPE) is comprised of 25 questions, with a relatively equal number of each randomly pulled from each of the 8 lessons you studied. Students will have three (3) attempts to successfully complete the FPE with a minimum passing score of 80%. The exams are completely "closed book", and students will have 45 minutes to complete the exam. After completion, students can review their exam results, and, if necessary, take time to go back and research the course lessons for questions they missed. For subsequent 2nd and 3rd attempts, at least 30% of the exam will be changed and questions will be shuffled.

Students who fail to secure a minimum passing score of 80% on the FPE may reinstate and retake the course for a fee of $124.50. Otherwise, you can still rest assured that you have still gained a world of knowledge that others would have to work years to obtain, if ever they did.

Certificate of Completion/Letter of Commendation
Upon successful completion of this Comprehensive W/C Claims Management Training Program with an 80% or better score, students will receive a "suitable for framing" Certificate of Completion as a testament to their determination and resolve to gain a solid foundation of knowledge in the field of workers’ compensation and completion of their first step along the continuum of professional training and development in the complex field of workers’ compensation claims adjusting and claims management.

Students will also receive a formal "Letter of Commendation" from AE21 acknowledging and commending them on the significance of their accomplishment and qualifications for participation in the workers' compensation adjusting and claims management industry.

This is not a pre-licensing course. If you live in a state that requires pre-licensing, you must take a state-approved pre-licensing course to be eligible for your state's exam.
