Attorney Callan Carter is a partner in the San Francisco office of Fisher &Phillips LLP and a member of the firm's Employee Benefits Practice Group. Ms. Carter has practiced employee benefits law since 1997, advising clients on plan design, drafting, implementation and termination of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fringe benefit programs, and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements.
She advises clients on complex application of qualified and welfare plan non-discrimination rules, IRS and DOL correction programs, prohibited transactions, fiduciary issues, determination letters, controlled group determinations, and benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions.
