About your Speakers:
Mike Lispi of Haley &Aldrich has over 30 years of experience in providing EH&S services to clients. He has detailed experience with regulations pertaining to hazardous waste management, air quality, water/wastewater/storm water, hazardous materials management (EPCRA, CERCLA, Department of Transportation HazMat) and OSHA. He has conducted over 650 compliance audits and management system audits of industrial facilities and has assisted several of these facilities obtain permits required pursuant to CAA, RCRA, and Clean Water Act. He has also assisted several of these facilities with developing proactive compliance programs and training programs to enhance employee compliance awareness.
Prior to joining Haley &Aldrich, Mr. Lispi's experience includes eight years as the plant supervisor and regulatory manager of the first Part B permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facility in the nation. Relevant aspects of his duties as the regulatory manager included complying with the multitude of environmental regulations and permit requirements, maintaining accurate environmental records, and assuring employee health and safety. Lispi is a Registered Environmental Assessor in the State of California, a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor with the Board of Environmental Auditor Certification, and a Registrar Accreditation Board-certified Environmental Management Systems Auditor.
