About your Speaker:
Michael Erickson is a Vice President of ARCADIS U.S. and is a senior leader in ARCADIS' sediment and waterfronts management practice. He previously served as operations manager for this business unit directed the surface water and fate and transport modeling service area within the practice. He has also served as the Principal-in-Charge of a large fortune 500 account for ARCADIS. He is the program director and lead consultant for the largest Superfund Site in the eastern U.S. and has served key roles on other high profile sites around the country. Mr. Erickson has 17 years of consulting experience in contaminated sediment management, aquatic systems analysis, mathematical modeling of chemical fate and transport, remediation and restoration of legacy industrial shoreline sites, and engineering design of remediation projects. He has a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering and a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, both from Michigan Technological University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Michigan. Mr. Erickson is an experienced advocate in the regulatory and public arena representing clients with significant environmental challenges.
