He served as Assistant Secretary of Labor for OSHA from 2006 to 2008 and as chairman of the OSHA Review Commission from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Foulke is recognized as one of the nation's leading authorities on occupational safety and health issues and one of the top speakers and writers in this area.
