Judy Vorndran of Eide Bailey LLP has more than 18 years public accounting experience, specializing in state and local taxation with a federal background. She provides state and local services for clients in a variety of industries to help ensure state and local tax burdens are met and minimized where possible. Her areas of expertise include nexus studies, sales/use tax taxability analysis, multi-state tax filings, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, restructuring, audit assistance, tax controversy, voluntary disclosure negotiations, annual reports, business licenses, registration preparation and sales and use tax outsourcing.
Prior to joining Eide Bailly, Ms. Vorndran gained extensive experience serving large- to middle-market clients as a senior tax manager for two international "Big Four" firms.
Angie Ziegler, CPP, accounting services manager at Eide Bailey LLP, has more than 13 years payroll experience with clients ranging from corporate multi-state payrolls to sole proprietors. She provides payroll processing and compliance reporting services, prepares financial statements and files sales and use tax returns. Angie has prepared and filed payroll tax returns in almost all 50 states and assists with federal and state new business registrations while providing guidance for businesses on day-to-day payroll activities, federal and state notices, garnishments and tax updates.
