Linus Pauling said, "The best way to get a good idea is to get a lot of ideas."
Microsoft® OneNote® is a great place to gather brilliant ideas from talented people. In addition to being a great note-taking application, OneNote makes a superb collaboration platform.
Now that Microsoft has made OneNote free for Mac and Windows, anyone can use OneNote and everyone can have OneDrive (formerly SkyDrive). You can collaborate on projects with multiple content types, across organizational lines and even international boundaries.
OneNote has never been easier to use than in the newest versions of Microsoft Office. If you've seen it on your ribbon, but only use it for one or two tasks, you may be missing out on some serious productivity gains.
Join us Thursday, November 20, for Collaborating in OneNote. This fast-paced 75-minute webinar is chock full of tips, tools and ideas to work effectively and collaboratively in OneNote.
You'll learn how to:
Microsoft® Certified Trainer Melissa Esquibel will show you, step-by-step, how to set it up and make it work for various types of projects.

- Protect notebook sections from unwanted changes
- Use tags to keep track of tasks and assignments
The webinar is presented from the most current version of OneNote and OneDrive. Get your team working as a smoothly operating unit with Collaborating in OneNote. Join us to find out how.

|About Webcasts / Audio Conferences / Podcasts:|
Webcasts, audio conferences, and podcasts are presentations that you
attend via the Internet, phone, or mobile device at a specified date and time for "live" versions, or at your convenience for "recorded" and "On-Demand" versions.
versions are interactive, meaning that participants can ask questions in real time, plus are a very cost-effective form of training because 1) you receive fast, convenient learning without
any out-of-office time; 2) you can invite as many colleagues as you'd like to listen in on a single phone line; 3) you incur no travel expenses; and 4) you and your colleagues are back
at work immediately after the session ends!
And though with recorded versions you do lose the ability to ask questions, you gain the ability to hear the presentation numerous
times and to share it with others in your office.
Handout materials and the phone number for live presentations are made available to you prior to the event via email from the
presenter and from the "MyAccount" link on the menu bar. Copies of the presentations are included with recorded versions.
