Pre-Employment Testing: Getting It Right
|Date / Time:
Everyone’s doing it, but should you be doing it too? And if you’re already doing it, are you doing it right? We’re talking about pre-employment testing, which can be very helpful in recruiting and retention or it can be a potential legal disaster. By example, a recent pre-employment testing case brought by the EEOC against Target settled for $2.8 million.
This IAML webinar will provide insights as to the benefits of testing and the ways you can conduct tests without creating significant risk. There are many, many tests on the market. Some are far better than others and some types of tests are far more dangerous than other types. You should choose what tests to use wisely and with several important legal considerations in mind.
