Compensation Metrics Fundamentals: How To Calculate The Real Cost Of Recruiting, Benefits, Turnover, And More
|Date / Time:
Does your company’s current compensation structure meet your organizational needs? To answer the question requires you to measure fundamental data, data that can help you determine whether the organization is flourishing or floundering at meeting its compensation goals.
The benefit of using the right metrics is two-fold:
1) It can help you make an accurate assessment of how your organization is performing right now; and
2) It can help reveal areas in which you can improve.
But, where do you start? Gathering the necessary data that you need to measure compensation effectiveness can seem like a daunting task. Revenue or expense per employee, compensation as a percentage of revenue or total expense, overtime rates, variable compensation as a percentage of profit or revenue, average full-time equivalent compensation—these are just a few of the areas you may want to tackle.
You’ll want to join us for an in-depth webinar when presenter John Rubino, CCP, CBP, GRP, WLCP, SPHR, will teach you how to pull together and calculate key data so you can determine whether your current pay rates are in need of an overhaul or are just right for your labor market. You’ll learn compensation metric fundamentals, why you need to know them, and how to rev up your compensation metric skills to support a case that will impress even the toughest of CFOs.

|About Webcasts / Audio Conferences / Podcasts:|
Webcasts, audio conferences, and podcasts are presentations that you
attend via the Internet, phone, or mobile device at a specified date and time for "live" versions, or at your convenience for "recorded" and "On-Demand" versions.
versions are interactive, meaning that participants can ask questions in real time, plus are a very cost-effective form of training because 1) you receive fast, convenient learning without
any out-of-office time; 2) you can invite as many colleagues as you'd like to listen in on a single phone line; 3) you incur no travel expenses; and 4) you and your colleagues are back
at work immediately after the session ends!
And though with recorded versions you do lose the ability to ask questions, you gain the ability to hear the presentation numerous
times and to share it with others in your office.
Handout materials and the phone number for live presentations are made available to you prior to the event via email from the
presenter and from the "MyAccount" link on the menu bar. Copies of the presentations are included with recorded versions.
