Consider that during a recent OSHA inspection of a transportation service provider with operations across North America, one of its facilities was cited for failure to comply with the OSHA powered industrial truck standards. OSHA proposed a whopping fine of $330,000 for 14 violations and, in addition to issuing violations for that specific facility, OSHA also required enterprise-wide abatement for the violations in question.

He also responds to virtually every type of day-to-day workplace inquiry, and has handled cases before the EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, and numerous other state and federal agencies.
