Incentive Plans: Key Design And Communication Steps To Maximize Employee Productivity
|Date / Time:
HR is charged with designing incentive plans that align with organizational goals and culture. By working with stakeholders, HR can formulate incentives that help further those goals and motivate employees in the “right” direction. When done correctly, by identifying metrics and their associated goals, the right incentives ultimately help drive performance and revenue.
But how do you implement these incentive plans effectively so employees are willing to get on board? Execution is critical and plans must be built to your organization’s specific capabilities. How HR communicates about the incentive plan, why an employee gets rewarded, how they are rewarded, and for what, is key. This presentation explains why planning, execution, and communication are tightly linked and how best to navigate these steps.
Join us for our in-depth webinar with Sam Reeve, executive vice president of Performensation, as he helps attendees create a roadmap for designing incentive plans that both align with your company’s mission and get results.
