A comprehensive return-to-work (RTW) program can help an organization lower workers’ compensation costs, such as temporary disability benefits, medical and rehabilitation treatment and re-training costs.
Getting employees back to work in a timely manner can have a positive impact on workplace productivity as well, and boost worker morale for that employee and their coworkers.
