Workforce Segmentation: The Smart Compensation Strategy That Works For Your And Your Talent
Once upon a time, compensation had a one-size-fits-all mentality. This job title gets that salary range. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
But organizations that view comp through that simple lens increasingly fall behind in capturing and retaining top talent and miss gaining a competitive edge. The smartest organizations are getting specific about how they plan and spend their compensation dollars by targeting segments of their workforce in different ways to spur maximum results in specific business objectives.
Such workforce segmentation in developing a compensation strategy could be the key that separates your organization from competitors. But pushing and pulling all those levers can be complicated, and must be done with thought, care and strategy. So how do you make it work for you?
Join us to learn what workforce segmentation is and what it could mean for your organization’s overall compensation strategy. This guided tour of this new way of thinking about your compensation planning will answer important questions and help you maximize your performance and growth.
