As Director of Benefits and Programs, Lauri Tenney is responsible for benefits strategy development and execution, communications, compliance, healthcare analytics, and overall management of EMC’s benefits organizations in the United States and Canada. During her 15 years with EMC, she has advanced the company’s benefits strategy to differentiate EMC as an employer of choice, while helping EMC’s 48,000 employees define their wellbeing.
Jonathan Mook, a founding partner at DiMuroGinsberg, P. C. is a nationally recognized authority on the Americans with Disabilities Act and is the author of two treatises, Americans with Disabilities Act: Employee Rights and Employer Obligations and Americans with Disabilities Act: Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities. He lectures nationally on the Americans with Disabilities Act and other employment law topics. Mook is an editor of the Virginia Employment Law Letter and a member of the editorial board of Bender’s Labor and Employment Bulletin. Mook is a graduate of Yale Law School, and a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia bars. He is presenting at the Advanced Employment Issues Symposium in Las Vegas, November 4-6, 2015, where he will teach a pre-conference workshop, ADA/FMLA Audit Toolbox: Solutions to Leave Administration and Accommodation Challenges, and lead a main conference session, Disabled or Not?
