He provides guidance, training, coaching and technical assistance on designing highly effective performance improvement and management systems, helping companies implement and sustain operational and organizational superior performance levels, and training / qualifying quality leaders for the long term. Mr. Buchman is also an internationally published author and recognized strategy planner, operational & performance excellence and balanced scorecard/dashboard expert, as well as a business performance improvement (BPI) consultant and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt. He is the co-author of Balanced Scorecard Strategy for Dummies (Wiley, 2007) and Business Effectiveness for Dummies, (Wiley, 2013).
