Diversity & Inclusion Metrics: Proven Strategic Approaches To Measuring D&I Progress Against Business Goals

Many companies with relatively sophisticated diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts find themselves without adequate measures of D&I progress. They are “doing” a lot and are seeing some indications of change, but they don’t really know what’s working and what’s not. Or, they are moving forward to inclusion while their scorecards are stuck in a compliance mode. Organizations are often left wondering where D&I can make a difference and how its contribution can best be measured to drive the desired behaviors for success.

By using a new, strategy-driven and more process-oriented approach to D&I metrics, you can engage senior leadership in defining accountability to effectively help drive change.

Join us for an in-depth webinar when Dr. Edward E. Hubbard, Ph.D., president of Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc. will reveal new approaches and specific examples for increasing the scope and effectiveness of measures used for tracking D&I progress.

Dr. Hubbard will explore how to develop a balanced scorecard of meaningful and impactful measures for D&I objectives from the business and HR strategy perspective. You’ll discover approaches for determining what and how to measure, including both quantitative and qualitative, process- and outcome-driven metrics.
