Religious expression has increased significantly in the workplace.

At the same time, an emphasis on diversity in the workplace has expanded from recruiting efforts designed to ensure equal opportunity to efforts focused on policy making and marketing tools which emphasize the views and practices of employees are supported and respected by others.

This audio conference will help to ensure that you balance these competing demands with respect to issues of religious accommodation and religious discrimination in the workplace.

You will gain practical guidance on how to assure their diversity programs and religious policies comply with the current federal and state anti-discrimination laws.
