Lisa Rosser is a 20-year human resources professional who spent 22 years as Active Army and Army Reserve. Her military career was focused in telecommunications and operations as well as general work in the human side of the military performance management which included recruiting, staffing, training and skills development. After retiring from the Army Reserve in 2011 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Lisa spent eight years with Accenture.

In 2007, Ms. Rosser combined her military and civilian career experience and founded The Value of a Veteran, a training and consulting firm dedicated to helping companies improve their veteran recruiting and retention programs. Through training and consulting, Lisa has helped over 300 large corporations implement successful veteran recruitment programs by aligning military talent with civilian positions and to marketing to, sourcing and retaining veterans.
