Kip Koll has had three careers at Ameritas over the course of 25 years. From the front line claims service, to recruiting a dental provider for the network, to managing the team that supports the overall customer service experience nationwide. Now, Kip is the director of two of the teams that support Ameritas’ customer goals through service and provider networks. The Field Customer Relations team works with all Ameritas departments to meet customer expectations; and the Provider Network team works with the dentists who treat customers with dental benefits.

Benz is a San Francisco, CA-based communications and marketing agency focused on employee benefits including health care, retirement, financial wellness, employee wellbeing and more. At Benz, Brandon designs solutions and leads consulting engagements for Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining Benz in October 2015, Brandon spent 10 years at Aon Hewitt, where he was an Associate Partner in the communication practice, and led the Westchester county, NY and CT market. Brandon has an MA in Communications from Iona College.
