About This Course:
FMLA is one of the most complicated federal laws for HR to navigate, and knowing the basics only gets you so far.

With new and unusual situations arising, HR professionals may feel like they are making an "educated guess" when it comes to correctly tracking employees’ leave time. If you don’t properly track and manage leave, the employee may be disciplined for absences that should have been protected — and if that happens, a lawsuit might not be far behind.

This session will provide you with clear guidance that goes beyond the FMLA basics - so you’re well equipped to master your complex compliance obligations.

Your presenter, attorney Stacie Caraway, consistently gets rave reviews for her ability to shed light on the most complicated challenges FMLA presents. Find out what all the buzz is about by attending our upcoming webinar!
