About Your Presenter:

Rick Buchman, the president and CEO of Hayward Enterprises, Inc. and a senior partner with The Balanced Business Institute, has more than 26 years of experience working with multiple industries worldwide on strategic planning and performance improvement. He provides guidance, training, coaching and technical assistance on designing highly effective performance improvement and management systems, helping companies implement and sustain operational and organizational superior performance levels, and training / qualifying quality leaders for the long term. Mr. Buchman is also an internationally published author and recognized strategy planner, operational & performance excellence and balanced scorecard/dashboard expert, as well as a business performance improvement (BPI) consultant and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt. He is the co-author of Balanced Scorecard Strategy for Dummies (Wiley, 2007) and Business Effectiveness for Dummies, (Wiley, 2013).

Buchman is presenting at the Advanced Employment Issues Symposium, which takes place November 4-6, 2015 in Las Vegas. He will teach a pre-conference workshop: Performance Metrics for HR: How to Seamlessly Integrate and Align Key Indicators with Your Business Strategy and a breakout session as part of AEIS's HR Strategy track: HR Metrics: How to Identify Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to Achieve Competitive Advantage.
