Sneak Peek 1:

At 4:00 pm, David comes into your office and interrupts you while you're on a scheduled conference call. You try to wave him off, but he has a stressed look on his face and he tells you to mute the call. After muting the call, David says, "There are two police detectives in they reception lobby, requesting to speak to one of our shipping clerks, Justin Williams. I asked them what this was all about and they said they are working on an investigation, but couldn't give me any details. They just told me that they needed to talk with Justin. I don't know what to do, so I came to get you..."


Sneak Peek 2:

It's a typical Tuesday morning; you're working on your first cup of coffee, and the phone rings. It's the Director of IT, Jason Whitfield. He says that he's tired of dealing with one of his new IT Help Desk guys, Christian Athos, and he needs to put together a termination packet. He said "he's only been with us for a few months and just can't seem to prioritize his help desk tickets...he's missing deadlines, and in general isn't working out." Jason then proceeds to tell you that the "guy has to go" and because he is an "at-will employee" he knows that it should be easy to fire him. You advise Jason that although Christian is "at-will", moving to termination isn't quite so simple... You advise Jason come by your office so you can talk with him in person about the issue and get more details. He responds by saying in a rather exasperated tone: "I had a feeling this wouldn't be easy... I'll be by your office in about an hour." A few minutes after you hang up the phone with Jason, you have a visitor at your door: it's Christian Athos. He wants to talk with you about a situation involving his boss: the Director of IT, Jason Whitfield. You ask Christian to walk with you next door to your conference room and he follows. After you both sit down, he then proceeds to tell you that that he feels like he's being discriminated against. Christian discloses to you that he has Asperger's Syndrome, and is getting the feeling that Jason is about to fire him...
