With regard to cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, the following applies: In most cases, an online course that is not used is usually exchangeable or refundable, whereas most seminar purchases are exchangable but not refundable within 14 days of the seminar as we have to guarantee head count and pre-pay the venue.
Similarly, we are not responsible for any air or travel costs, so highly recommend that you do not purchase any non-refundable air or hotel reservations. Last, we reserve the right to charge a return fee to help cover the costs we incur to ship, handle, and charge, then refund, your purchase.
