Carole is a Human Resources Consultant with a career grounded in business. She helps owners improve profits by analyzing HR metrics, generate sales by aligning employees and teams to goals, and enhance productivity through better organizational design.

Besides consulting and teaching, she has served on the Board of Mile High SHRM and now facilitates their SHRM-CP/SCP Certification Prep Courses.
