Elga Lejarza

Ms. Lejarza has been working in Human Resources for over two decades. Graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor in Management and a Minor in Human Resources. She is the president of Lejarza HR Consulting. The company was founded in August 24, 2013 in Greenville, SC. to provide training and consulting services to small to medium sized companies throughout the United States.

Ms. Lejarza has found her niche in the areas of ADA and FMLA. She also has a passion for public speaking and enjoys to share her journey in her new role as an entrepreneur. Ms. Lejarza started her career in HR with Target as a Human Resources Manager, also worked for Bloomingdale's and Walgreens as a Human Resources Strategic Business Partner.

Ms. Lejarza is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Anderson SHRM, the Greenville SHRM, and the Greenville American Payroll

Currently Ms. Lejarza is devoted and committed to make her company reach new milestones. Her motto is "no time to take baby steps, any more, it's time to fly, the sky is the limit".
