Webinar: ID# 1042573
Recorded On-Demand
About This Course:
Final regulations for the new Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) were recently released by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and become effective on June 18, 2024.

While the PWFA became effective in June, 2023, employers did not have definitive instructions about how to comply until the final regulations were issued.
