Natalie Ivey
Natalie Ivey, MBA, SPHR, is President and CEO of Results Performance Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in leadership and employee development training and education programs for HR professionals. Ms. Ivey is the Editor for our "HR Generalist Certificate
Program" and our "Internal Investigations Certificate Program.
Ms. Ivey is a nationally-recognized speaker and consultant with more than two decades of leadership and HR management experience, and is known for her expertise in improving leadership performance, improving labor and employee relations, minimizing legal
exposure in employment practices, and helping organizations achieve a return-on-investment from training and performance improvement initiatives.
Prior to founding her consulting practice, Ms. Ivey worked for more than 15 years in leadership positions with Fortune 500 organizations in operations management, organization development, and HR management. Her well-rounded corporate background and
consulting expertise enables HR professionals to really connect with her during training programs, as she delivers programs with a "tell-it-like-it-is", "real world" teaching style that is refreshing, engaging, and impactful. Ms. Ivey brings to HR
Certification programs a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and practical experience that enhances the learning environment far beyond just the course content.
Ms. Ivey is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and The American Society for Training and Development. She is also a member of The Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Organization, a non-profit that provides mentoring to young women
through the public school systems in South Florida. Ms. Ivey volunteers as a mentor, providing leadership and guidance to young women to help them live up to full potential. In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving, saltwater fishing, "cooking for a crowd",
and spending quality time with her family. |
Ann Kiernan
Ann Kiernan is an attorney who focuses on preventive law for employers.
As part of her commitment to helping management create fair and respectful workplaces and prevent costly employee lawsuits, Ann presents in-person workshops and online classes on managing within the law, corporate compliance, legal pitfalls in e-mail and internet use, harassment prevention, wage and hour issues, legal and effective hiring, and workplace violence prevention for employers large and small, around New Jersey and around the country.
Since 2004, she has also presented courses for human resources professionals on employment law issues, especially the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and on conducting internal investigations. |
Bridget A. Neuson
Bridget A. Neuson, RN, BSN, JD is a nurse of more than 25 years and an attorney of more than 15 years. Her reported cases and publications include a variety of topics within the HR Profession. Bridget’s specific areas of expertise are in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation and civil litigation defense.
Bridget represents and counsels employers in Illinois and Wisconsin. She frequently speaks to business and professional groups on the subjects of Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, discrimination law, and litigation. |
Jan Robinson
Jan Robinson is the founder of the Alamo Management Group, a consulting practice offering a wide range of human resource services to business clients. With more than 30 years of HR Management experience Jan provides practical solutions to human resource challenges, coaches management, trains staff to increase productivity, and ensures that human resource operations are effective and maintain compliance with the myriad federal and state regulations affecting employers.
Jan has written dozens of management reference guide books on such diverse topics as recruiting, conflict resolution, diversity management, sexual harassment, job descriptions, performance evaluation, orientation programs, hiring and firing in a legal context, benefits management, time and stress management, disability and leave issues, ethics, customer service, and reference checking. She has also developed training programs in these areas as well as in all aspects of supervisory and management training. She frequently delivers training programs on many subjects across the U.S. and has consulted on multicultural issues with American companies doing business in South Korea. |
Susan Walaszek
Susan Walaszek is the founder of HR Compliance Consulting, a training and human resources consulting firm in Illinois that focuses on HR compliance, employee and management development, course design, policy development, recruitment, strategic planning and organizational alignment.
Susan offers a unique combination of legal, management, human resources and training experience in the private and public sector. She is a frequent instructor at institutions of higher learning designing and teaching both online and traditional courses focused on human resources, management, marketing and real estate. She earned her Juris Doctorate at the John Marshall Law School in Illinois. |
Mary Gormandy White
Mary Gormandy White, M.A., SPHR is co-founder of Mobile Technical Institute and MTI Business Solutions (www.mobiletechwebsite.com) in Mobile, Alabama. She is also the author of 101 Human Resource Management Tips and 101 Successful PR Campaign Tips in the LifeTips book series and works as a Senior Group Editor and Social Networking Specialist with www.LoveToKnow.com.
Mary specializes in soft skill employee development classes, and has extensive experience facilitating training in areas related to human resources, communication, customer service, management, leadership, public relations, and social networking. She also teaches PHR and SPHR certification preparation courses and is a frequent speaker at conferences and association meetings nationwide. |
