Internal Investigations Sneak Peeks

I want to file a formal complaint against my supervisor. The amount of pressure he puts on me to "produce" is about to cause me to have a nervous breakdown. I didn't even get a raise recently when we got our reviews; yet all my other co-workers got raises.

When I talked to him about it, he told me that my performance didn't warrant a raise, and that if I don't improve my performance I'm going to go on an action plan. But the goals he's set for us to achieve are impossible! When I told him that the goals were impossible, he told me that it's "too bad" that I feel that way, because the goals are the goals. I then asked him what I was supposed to do to accomplish these unrealistic goals. He told me that if we became much better 'friends' that it would help. I know what he meant by that...he meant that if I slept with him, he might take the pressure off me. Well, I was going to go talk to his boss, but I know they're best buddies. I figured that wasn't going to work, so I am calling this Hotline. I think he needs to be fired for sexual harassment and for creating a hostile work environment!
