Taught by experienced practitioners who have managed and advised on hundreds of OFCCP compliance evaluations, this one-day course examines the key elements necessary for a successful audit outcome, including preparation, timeliness, completeness, candor, and good-faith collaboration.

From desk audit preparation through resolution of alleged violations, participants will learn practical strategies and tactics for demonstrating compliance with all OFCCP-enforced requirements.

About This Course

This is a 1-week course. Participants will attend live web sessions with the facilitators, generally at 10:00 a.m. ET and 2:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Web sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long.
