Multidiscipline Engineering Basics (And Related Specialties) For Project Managers And Others

In this course, material is presented that will benefit those interacting with or managing multi-disciplines typically employed to design/implement a building project.

Practical applications and fundamental understanding of other disciplines could be lacking with employees. That weakens the Project Manager's (PM) ability to successfully manage other disciplines or for others to properly interact. As well, the inability to troubleshoot certain problems in projects lessens the PM's effectiveness.

Course Deliverables

This course is an introduction to the myriad of engineering and related disciplines/roles necessary to successfully manage, oversee, or coordinate a complex project.

While the focus is generally on buildings, it is useful for other projects as well.
