About The Presenter:

Natalie Ivey is President and CEO of Results Performance Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in leadership and employee development training and continuing education programs for Human Resources and Investigations professionals.

Ms. Ivey is an author and a national public speaker with more than two decades of leadership and HR management experience with Fortune 500 organizations. She also is the author of "How to Conduct Internal Investigations: A Practical Guide for Human Resource Professionals", "How to Keep HR from Being the Employee Complaint Department", and routinely contributes to articles on HR and internal investigations in publications such as HR Magazine, Business Insider, and Compliance Week.

She also hosts the popular "HR Investigations Podcast: Exploring the Issues, Challenges, Strategies, and Solutions" podcast that explores the current challenges in managing employee relations, discussing solutions for managing employee behavior and performance issues, reducing organizational risk, and properly conducting virtual and workplace HR investigations.

Natalie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR). She is the Course Editor for both the "Internal Investigations Certificate Program" and the "Advanced Internal Investigations Certificate Program" seminars, for which she regularly receives "Excellent" ratings from attendees across the country.
