SHRM Certification Requirements

After passing your HRCI certification exam and earning your HRCI certification, you are required to renew your certification every three years (called "HRCI re-certification"). While most webinars offer 1 or 1.5 SHRM re-certification credits, some seminars - though they might cost more - offer as many as 20 or SHRM re-certification credits.
