- Absenteeism Rate
The percentage of workdays missed due to unplanned absences
- Absenteeism Trend

- Attrition
The reduction in workforce due to resignations, retirements, or other voluntary departures that are not replaced
- Average Headcount
The average number of employees over a specific period, used for trend analysis
- Average Time to Hire
The average number of days between a job requisition being opened and an offer being accepted
- Bench Strength
The availability of internal candidates ready to fill critical roles
- Compliance Metrics
Completion of required training, certifications, and documentation
