Learning Objectives

This course provides an introduction to the 3 types of auditing that are practiced throughout the industry.

The 3 Auditing Types Are:

• Regulatory Compliance Audits
• Property Transfer Assessments (also called due diligence reviews or Phase I audits)
• Environmental Management System audits under the ISO 14001 standard.

Additional Information

This course will provide most of the information required to take the lead auditor test. The program is an 8 hour course.
